Located in the eclectic and authentically artisan neighbourhood of Gracia, Bar Salvatge is the ode to wine that you wish you could find everywhere. Quality, Raw, and completely hip. The best part is you don’t have to be a hipster to enjoy a deep and wide selection of Natural wines, they accept any and all who darken their door.

Look, if you’ve never had a “bulk” natural wine in your life, then you’ve come to the right place, and they start in the 2€ range per glass. Taking a cue from the ancestral Catalan wine biz – where in years gone by you would go to your local bar and take a slosh from the giant oak barrels lining the wall – Bar Salvatge has a rotating selection of NATURAL wines in bulk barrels, hidden behind a gorgeous copper facade. How many places have truly natural wines in bulk? They’re probably the only one for now. You can also enjoy a huge selection of wines by the bottle.
Cuisine
You’ve got a great selection of locally inspired tapas fair to enjoy along with your bottles upon bottles of wine enjoyment. We feel like it’s the wine version of the Pacific Northwest’s McMenamins brewery pubs when it comes to the food and wine pairing.
Atmosphere
For us, like we said above, this like a lovely wine-does of Pacific Northwest wine bar goodness. Great music, top tapas, great casual atmosphere, fantastic wine, top service always with jokes and smiles and patience for foreigners who are chilling amongst the Gracia cool peeps. And they are super cool peeps.
